Fruit Dip Trifecta
Some of you might be thinking fruit? Thats not dessert?? But pair it with some creamy fruit dip and you might just change your mind. I brought this dish to a barbeque last weekend and brought home a nearly empty tray.

“Happy Birthday America” Cupcakes
Alright….I’ll admit it…cupcakes probably aren’t the best idea after my three week divorce from the gym but it IS our nation’s birthday and they ARE red, white, and blue! Once again I’ve convinced myself that baking while a few pounds over my ideal weight is “okay” as long as I’ve got a good reason.
